The "Citizen Empowerment Course" is designed to bolster civic understanding, covering essential topics such as democratic values, human rights, and the significance of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs). While the primary target audience is the youth aged 16 to 30, encompassing Greek Cypriots, Turkish Cypriots, and migrants, the course is open to all residents and citizens. The curriculum is divided into modules that delve into Democratic Ideals & Institutions, Human Rights & Civil Rights, the role of CSOs & Media, the importance of Active Citizenship & Civic Participation, Cypriot Active Citizens, and Financial Literacy.
